Language Mosaic is an effort to capture interesting information and ideas about language learning, language analysis, the use of technology with language and a bit about the cultural foundations that human languages are inextricably tied to.
Currently, this site includes
- the LangMosaic Blog (on the homepage),
- a mirror of the LangMosaic MicroBlog (Twitter Feed) which is an abbreviated version of the LangMosaic Blog,
- language reference material – starting with a comprehensive list of macrolanguages along with their ISO-codes (how nerdy is that!) – and,
- a selected list of of our favorite websites related to human language.
Michael Norris is the primary contributor to Language Mosaic. You can find a summarized professional bio here and his LinkedIn page here.
